Robbins Madanes Training Affiliate Program Agreement
1. Program Overview
The Robbins Madanes Training Affiliate Program offers Affiliates the opportunity to promote transformative personal development and life coach training courses. Affiliates earn commissions for verified sales generated through their unique affiliate links.2. Eligibility
Affiliates must:- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement and avoid prohibited activities.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a commission of 8% per verified sale.
- Commissions are calculated based on completed sales tracked through Robbins Madanes Training's affiliate platform.
- Payments will be processed monthly once the minimum payout threshold of $250 is reached.
- If you are a new student requesting a refund within 30 days of enrollment, the affiliate commissions generated during your first 30 days will no longer be available.
3.1 Payment Terms & Methods
- Payment methods: PayPal
- Payment timing: Processed within 45 days of the initial sale.
Chargebacks & refunds: Commissions will be deducted for refunded or chargebacked sales.
4. Resources Provided
The Company will provide Affiliates with the following tools and resources to ensure effective promotion:- Email swipe copy.
- Tested funnels with tracking links.
- Banners, graphics, and promotional videos, where applicable.
- Access to an affiliate resource center.
4.1 Intellectual Property (IP) & Trademark Usage
- Affiliates may not use Robbins-Madanes trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written approval.
- Affiliates do not gain ownership rights to any provided materials.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must:- Promote the Program in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner.
- Ensure compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and disclosures.
- Avoid making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Robbins Madanes Training products or services.
- Use only approved marketing materials provided by Robbins Madanes Training or secure prior approval for custom content.
5.1 Brand-Aligned Language & Positioning
- Affiliates must reflect Robbins-Madanes Training as an educational institution, not a retail business.
- Permitted Language: Application, enrollment, certification, graduation, training, mentorship.
- Avoid: Buy, purchase, sale, discount, clients, sign-ups.
- Violations may result in commission forfeiture or removal.
5.2 Tone & Ethical Messaging Guidelines
- Avoid: Fear-based/scarcity messaging, overpromising outcomes, or implying unauthorized endorsements.
- Focus: Education, transformation, and professional growth.
5.3 Prohibited Comparisons & Unauthorized Endorsements
- Affiliates may not imply direct endorsement by Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, or associates.
- Prohibited: Fake testimonials, comparisons to competitors, or unauthorized use of names/likenesses.
6. PPC Advertising Policy
6.1 No Paid Advertising Permitted
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of paid advertising to promote Robbins-Madanes Training (RMT) or its programs. This includes, but is not limited to:
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads)
Social media ads (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn ads)
Native advertising or sponsored content
Display/banner advertising
Retargeting or remarketing campaigns
YouTube ads or promoted videos
Any form of paid placement designed to generate affiliate traffic
6.2 No Bidding on Brand Terms
Affiliates may not bid on or use RMT-related brand terms, trademarks, or misspellings in any paid advertising platform, including search engines or social media platforms. This includes (but is not limited to): “Robbins Madanes,” “Tony Robbins Coaching,” “Madanes,” “Strategic Intervention,” “RMT,” and any variations or abbreviations.
6.3 Enforcement and Penalties
The Company actively monitors traffic sources and reserves the right to take immediate action against violations of this policy, including:
Termination from the Affiliate Program
Forfeiture of any unpaid commissions
Legal action if necessary
By participating in the RMT Affiliate Program, you agree to refrain from all forms of paid promotion. This ensures a fair and consistent experience for all students and protects the integrity of our brand.
6. PPC Advertising Policy
6.1 No Paid Advertising PermittedAffiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of paid advertising to promote Robbins-Madanes Training (RMT) or its programs. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Social media ads (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn ads)
- Native advertising or sponsored content
- Display/banner advertising
- Retargeting or remarketing campaigns
- YouTube ads or promoted videos
- Any form of paid placement designed to generate affiliate traffic

7. Structured Deal Communication
- Affiliates and Robbins Madanes Training agree to maintain clear communication about expectations for promotions, including timelines, commission structures, and volume expectations.
- All agreements or special deals between Affiliates and Robbins Madanes Training must be documented in writing to ensure consistency and mutual understanding.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in:- Spam, including unsolicited emails or messages.
- Cookie stuffing or techniques to artificially inflate commissions.
- Misleading consumers about the product or their relationship with Robbins Madanes Training.
- Promoting the Program on websites or channels containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
9. Affiliate Tiers and Referral Incentives
- In the future, this Program may include a 2nd Tier Referral Program, allowing Affiliates to earn additional commissions for referring other Affiliates to the Program.
- Referral commissions will be calculated as 2% of the sales generated by referred Affiliates for the following 60 days.
- Tier 2 referral commissions will only apply if the referred affiliate is new to Robbins Madanes Training's database.
10. Termination
- Robbins Madanes Training reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including violations of this Agreement.
- Upon termination, all affiliate links must be removed, and unpaid commissions may be forfeited in cases of violation.
10.1 Right to Audit
- Robbins-Madanes may audit affiliate campaigns for compliance (e.g., request PPC logs).
11. Confidentiality
Affiliates must keep all Program details, including commission rates, confidential and may not disclose such information to third parties.11.1 Data Protection & GDPR/CCPA Compliance
- Affiliates must comply with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) when collecting user data.
- Cookie tracking must adhere to consent requirements.
12. Modifications to the Agreement
Robbins Madanes Training reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.12.1 Force Majeure
- Neither party is liable for disruptions due to pandemics, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA.
13.1 Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
- Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in San Diego County, CA.
13.2 Liability & Indemnification
- Robbins-Madanes Training is not liable for indirect damages.
- Affiliates indemnify the Company against legal claims from their promotions.
13.3 Tax Obligations
- Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes (must submit W-9 if applicable).
- 1099s may be issued for U.S. affiliates earning >$600/year.
13.4 Assignment Clause
- Affiliates may not transfer rights without written consent.
